Data Analyst II

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, SQL, Python, Excel VBA , and LLM & Generative AI development . The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering mindset and be proficient in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML) algorithms , and automation tools. Candidates with a bachelors degree in engineering are preferred. Key Responsibilities Analyze and process large datasets to extract actionable insights. Develop and fine-tune LLM (Large Language Models) for business applications. Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and automation. Work with SQL databases for data extraction, transformation, and analysis (Azure Synapse). Use Python and Excel VBA for data analysis, automation, and model development. Design and develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2 to 5 years in data science, analytics, or AI/ML development. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying in Azure. Python programming , with expertise in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Deep learning concepts and NLTK/SpaCy for NLP. Experience with LLMs and Gen AI (e.g., OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, BERT or similar). Hands-on knowledge of NLP algorithms , such as Transformer models, Text Vectorization (TF-IDF, Word2Vec), and Sequence Models (LSTMs, GRUs). Advanced Excel & VBA for automation and reporting. Education: Bachelors degree in engineering (preferred) or related fields. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with Power BI for data visualization. Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure) Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
