Role & responsibilities Data Collection & Management: Gather data from various sources, including e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing platforms, and internal databases. Clean, validate, and organize data for analysis. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, customer demographics, website traffic, marketing campaign performance, and other relevant metrics. Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance. Visualize data in a clear and concise manner for stakeholders. E-commerce Analysis: Analyse e-commerce platform data to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and customer experience. Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and average order value. Preferred candidate profile Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central). Knowledge of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques. Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
