Data Analyst ( fresher)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve business performance. Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze e-commerce data (sales, website traffic, customer behavior, etc.). Generate reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau. Identify trends and insights to improve marketing, sales, and customer experience. Support A/B testing and campaign performance analysis. Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to provide data-driven recommendations. Assist in demand forecasting and inventory management through data analysis. Automate reporting processes for efficiency. Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, SQL , and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau . Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization. Understanding of e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, cart abandonment, customer retention, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large datasets.
