We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and extensive experience in data migration and manipulation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and solve complex problems efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Utilize strong analytical skills to assess and interpret data. Perform data mapping, including handling complex scenarios where one-to-one mapping is not possible. Collaborate with business SMEs to understand solution complexities and implement ideal solutions. Develop and execute data migration scripts. Proficiently use SQL and other data manipulation languages to manage and migrate data. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process. Maintain detailed documentation of data migration processes and solutions. Qualifications: 4-6 years of relevant experience in data migration and manipulation. Strong analytical and data mapping skills. Solid background in data migration scripting. Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
