Job Description

We are looking to hire a data analyst to join our data team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. Profile- Data Analyst Associate Location- Remote Qualification- Any UG, Any PG Perks- Work from home, Flexible timings , 5 days working Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data to drive business decisions. 2. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using various tools such as Tableau and Power BI. 3. Utilize Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks. 4. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic initiatives. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize business performance. 6. Stay up-to-date on the latest data analytics trends and technologies to continuously improve processes. 7. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Data Analyst Requirements: Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks. Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations. Ability to translate business requirements into nontechnical, lay terms. High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases. Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases. Understanding of addressing and metadata standards. High-level written and verbal communication skills.
