Job Description

Reporting to the Regional FP&A Manager who is based in Singapore, you will play a key role in supporting the data and analytics function for the region. This role will require utilizing your skills to manage, interpret and provide key insights using different data modelling tools and techniques. Key responsibilities include: Data Preparation & Analysis: Supporting data collection, cleansing, and preparation to ensure quality, reliability, and consistency. Using statistical tools and techniques to explore, analyse and predict patterns and trends to meet internal and external business objectives. Data Quality & Tracking: Monitoring data quality and participating in quality assurance processes to ensure consistency across all reporting metrics. Dashboard Development: Creating and maintaining dashboards (e.g., in Looker, or PLX) for internal reporting needs. Ensuring they are user-friendly and meeting the requirements of key stakeholders. Reporting & Ad Hoc Analysis: Assisting in generating monthly recurring reports for internal and external stakeholders, and fulfilling ad-hoc analysis requests from internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions. Collaboration: Working closely with regional and global senior analysts and team leads, learning their approach to data modeling, visualization, and storytelling. Stakeholder Management: Partnering with business stakeholders across the organization to understand their analytical needs, proposing data solutions, and communicating insights in an actionable manner. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field . Overall 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, ideally in a business analytics role. Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, PLX). Strong communication skills, with an ability to present findings in a clear and concise way. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail. Highly energetic with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Perks and benefits
