Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will work with data from multiple marketing and eCommerce sources to generate meaningful insights. You will support reporting, identify trends, and help improve decision-making through data analysis and basic AI-driven techniques. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to the team.

What We Want You to Do?

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, and other marketing platforms.
• Ensure data quality by applying validation techniques and identifying inconsistencies or errors.
• Experience in analyzing data from online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, etc., to uncover trends in product performance, customer behavior, or pricing insights
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign strategies and user experiences.
• Perform regular audits to detect gaps or inefficiencies in marketing and performance data.
• Keep an eye on competitor strategies and emerging technologies in the digital space.
• Leverage AI tools and techniques (such as predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and anomaly detection) to improve decision-making.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using SQL, Python, R, or other relevant scripting tools

Requirements

• Working knowledge of AI applications in analytics such as ChatGPT, Google AutoML, DataRobot, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and working experience with at least one of the following: Python, Rscript, or Excel for data manipulation and visualization.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in Data Analytics or AI tools (e.g., Google Data Analytics, IBM AI Analyst, etc.) will be a plus.
