About the Role

AV Engineers Pvt. Ltd. invites young and energetic Mechanical / Electrical Engineers or Diploma holders to join our Ranchi-based field and project team.

The role involves a mix of sales coordination, marketing support, material distribution, and on-site project execution for industrial refrigeration and automation systems across Jharkhand.

Freshers who are eager to build their career in technical sales, marketing, and project distribution are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in sales and marketing activities, including client follow-ups and lead coordination.
• Participate in material planning and dispatch scheduling for ongoing projects.
• Support execution engineers during installation, commissioning, and testing phases.
• Handle vendor coordination and delivery tracking for site materials.
• Visit client sites across Jharkhand for field inspections, marketing surveys, and project supervision.
• Coordinate between design, purchase, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily progress reports and assist in site documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction at all stages of work.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates welcome).

Skills: Good communication, confidence in field work, sales understanding, and coordination ability.

Requirement: Must be willing to travel to project sites and client locations.
