The Student Counsellor will: Guide students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities Understand student goals and recommend the best learning paths Manage inbound + outbound calls, WhatsApp & emails for admissions Maintain follow-ups and conversions in CRM Support students throughout the admission & onboarding journey Qualifications & Requirements 1–2 years of experience in student counselling (mandatory) Excellent verbal and written communication Confidence in handling career guidance conversations Strong follow-up skills & goal-oriented mindset Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents Bachelor’s Degree
