Location: Vedasvi Farm, Durg, Chhattisgarh Industry: Dairy Farming & Agribusiness Reports To: Farm Director / Managing Partner Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview Vedasvi Farm is seeking an experienced and proactive Dairy Manager to oversee daily farm operations and lead the end-to-end dairy supply chain. This role combines hands-on herd and milk production management with strategic oversight of procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and timely delivery to customers while upholding animal welfare and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Farm Operations & Herd Management Supply Chain & Logistics Team Leadership & Compliance Financial & Strategic Planning Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in dairy farm management and supply chain operations. Strong knowledge of dairy herd management, milk production, and quality control. Proficiency in supply chain software and inventory management systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure. Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to dairy production and distribution.
