Job Title: Dairy Plant Incharge/ Dairy Manager Department: Operations / Production Reports To: Operations Manager / Plant Head Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Dairy Plant Incharge to oversee daily operations of our dairy processing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, quality control, maintenance of equipment, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the dairy plant including milk reception, processing, packaging, and dispatch. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets. Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.). Supervise and coordinate with production staff, maintenance team, and quality control personnel. Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction. Ensure regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment. Liaison with procurement, sales, and logistics departments. Maintain documentation related to production, quality checks, and compliance audits. Train and motivate team members to improve performance and maintain discipline. Ensure statutory compliance related to labor laws, environmental norms, and other applicable regulations. Key Requirements: Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc in Dairy Technology Engineering or relevant field. Experience: 3-5 years in dairy plant operations or FMCG manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role. Working Conditions: Willing to work in shift-based operations. Must be available for emergency breakdowns or production requirements.
