As a Customer Service and Sales Chat Representative, your role involves responding to incoming chats from customers professionally and courteously. You will engage customers in conversation to understand their needs, provide accurate information about products and services, and offer promotions. Additionally, you will proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, handle customer objections with empathy, and document all interactions in the CRM system. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining a high level of product knowledge are essential responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Engage customers to understand their needs, provide accurate information, and offer promotions. - Proactively upsell and cross-sell products and services. - Handle customer objections with empathy and professionalism. - Document all customer interactions in the CRM system. - Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. - Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, services, and industry trends. Qualifications Required: - Excellent written communication skills in English. - Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a chat or online environment. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Familiarity with basic computer skills and CRM systems.
