We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle Sales and Purchase Invoice creation using Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating invoice records accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Create and manage Sales and Purchase invoices in Microsoft Excel. Ensure all invoices are accurate with correct product details, quantities, prices, and taxes. Maintain and update Excel sheets for customer and vendor records. Match purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices for proper documentation. Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for billing-related clarifications. Track payment status and update records regularly. Maintain digital and physical copies of all invoices for record-keeping. Assist in preparing monthly billing reports and summaries. Skills Required:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Formatting, Data Entry, Basic Accounting Layouts) Basic understanding of GST and invoice structure. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information. Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in Commerce or related field. 1+ year experience in billing, accounting, or data entry preferred. Knowledge of Tally or basic accounting will be an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time
