As a Lead Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the following: - Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central, with a focus on Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Taxation, and Consolidation. - Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and prepare detailed documentation such as FRD, FDD, BRD, Gap-Fit Analysis, and Solution Documents. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical/development teams. - Configure, test, and deploy financial modules along with related integrations. - Ensure proper data migration and reconciliation of financial balances from legacy systems. - Provide leadership to the functional team by guiding, reviewing, and mentoring consultants and trainees. - Deliver user training, support UAT, and provide post-go-live stabilization. - Act as the client-facing lead for the Finance workstream, ensuring smooth communication and stakeholder management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations with third-party systems. - Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, and audit requirements in Finance processes. - Support pre-sales efforts, including client demos, solutioning inputs, and proposal support when necessary. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong domain background in Finance & Accounts, with preference for Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance. - Minimum 23 full-cycle end-to-end implementations in D365 BC / NAV. - Hands-on experience in Finance configuration, process mapping, and solution design. - Good exposure to Trade & Logistics modules is an added advantage. - Excellent documentation and client-facing skills. - Experience in leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and mentor junior consultants. - Certifications: Microsoft Certified - Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (preferred/mandatory).
