D365 FinOps Technical Solution Architect

Job Description

12+ years of experience in D365 FinOps technical, with at least 4 years as a Technical Solution Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture: Develop comprehensive, scalable, and industry-standard solutions based on business and technical requirements. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients, including CxO-level stakeholders, to understand their business needs and propose effective solutions. Pre-Sales & RFP Responses: Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal writing, solution demonstrations, and estimating project scope. Technical Leadership: Guide technical teams on solution implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices and Microsofts recommended methodologies. Customization & Integration: Design and oversee custom development, integrations, and migration strategies for Dynamics 365 F&O. Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy: Provide expertise on Azure deployment, security, DevOps, and overall cloud architecture for Dynamics 365 solutions. Process Optimization: Drive improvements in business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, and other key areas. Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring: Train and mentor team members, promoting best practices and fostering technical excellence. Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Adapt project management methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently and effectively. ________________________________________ Mandatory Skills & Experience: 12+ years of experience in D365 FinOps technical, with at least 4 years as a Technical Solution Architect in Dynamics 365 F&O. Experience in at least five full-cycle ERP implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O. Strong technical background in customization, integrations, and Azure cloud deployments. Expertise in one or more industry verticals, such as Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Banking, Automotive, or Telecom. Experience working on both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Ability to define MVPs, product roadmaps, and architecture blueprints. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of working with leadership teams to implement complex business solutions. Microsoft Certified: Azure & D365 Certifications. Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate). Hands-on knowledge of Common Data Services (Dual Write), DevOps, RSAT, and Azure Data Lake. Understanding of ISVs and third-party integrations. Knowledge of security, ALM, integration, data migration, and deployment strategies. ________________________________________ Nice to Have Skills: Experience with emerging Microsoft technologies and innovations.
