D365 FinOps Localization Professional

Job Description

8+ years of experince in D365 Finops Finance and Localization Lead and support the localization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet local tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements in various regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, etc.). Analyze local business requirements and map them into D365 functionality for financial processes, tax calculations, legal reporting, and compliance. Collaborate with functional consultants to configure and implement legal entities, tax management, VAT/GST, payroll, and accounting rules specific to the local requirements. Ensure the system is configured correctly to handle various localization features such as tax codes, reporting formats, country-specific functionality, and statutory reporting. Stay up-to-date with changes in local tax laws, accounting standards, and other compliance regulations. Work closely with project managers and business teams to support solution delivery within scope, on time, and within budget. Support testing and validation efforts of localized solutions and regulatory requirements. Provide end-user training on the specific localized features and processes of D365. Troubleshoot and resolve any localization-related issues in the application or business processes.
