D365 - Customer Service(Omnichannel) - Quality

Role Overview: You will be working as a Quality Analyst for D365 - Customer Service (Omnichannel) projects. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the quality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based projects by conducting functional and non-functional testing. Your expertise in writing test cases based on requirements and executing them independently will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be involved in bug lifecycle management and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the quality of the CRM system. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct functional and non-functional testing for MS Dynamics CRM projects - Write test cases based on project requirements and execute them independently - Manage bug lifecycle and ensure timely resolution of issues - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and quality expectations - Stay updated on test frameworks, testing lifecycle, and different testing phases - Work with Agile methodology to ensure timely delivery of high-quality CRM projects - Conduct CRM integration testing and form/field level security testing - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams - Obtain certification in the latest D365 CRM to enhance your skills Qualifications Required: - At least 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing - Good knowledge of sales, marketing, and service modules in MS Dynamics CRM - Hands-on experience in building test plans, test cases, and executing test cases - Knowledge of test frameworks and testing lifecycle - Experience working with Agile methodology - Certification in the latest D365 CRM would be a plus - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge of Azure DevOps would be beneficial - Familiarity with form and field level security testing and security structure Additional details of the company: Omit this section as no additional details of the company are provided in the job description.,
