Role Overview: You will work within a platform team (10 - 14) people, responsible for new enhancement development and testing and supporting the business. Work on a number of different applications migrating legacy systems to new technology, new learnings happen every day.You will develop and maintain functional, scalable, and innovative applications that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment. Implement and integrate Dynamics 365 applications, including Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engagement. Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and create technical specifications. Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and customizations using Dynamics 365 SDK and Power Platform. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 applications. Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Developer. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL. Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development. Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
