Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to generate leads, explain our gypsum plaster and decorative panel products (Gypsum Plaster,Gypsum 3D Panels, charcoal, fluted panels), and support overall sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided scripts Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers Generate leads, schedule appointments, and qualify prospects Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-ups in CRM Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales/lead generation targets Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English and local language Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is an advantage Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems a plus Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude Good organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales or customer service in the construction or building materials industry Ability to customize communication style based on customer responses Capability to accurately document calls and prepare reports Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Freelance Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Work Location: In person
