11+ experience Team Leadership and Management: Quality Assurance Strategy: Test Planning and Execution: Test Automation Defect Management: Collaboration and Communication: Continuous Improvement: Strong experience with manual and automated testing, including writing and executing test cases and scripts. Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems. Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestComplete, etc.). Experience in agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear, actionable feedback.
