Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Associate Intern role located in Jaipur. The individual will assist with HR operations, support training and development initiatives, and facilitate various human resources tasks. Daily responsibilities include overseeing HR management activities, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to communication and collaboration across departments. The intern will also support employee engagement efforts and aid in maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) Experience or familiarity with Training & Development practices Strong Communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration Ability to work on-site in Jaipur with a proactive and team-oriented mindset Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge of labor laws and HR software is a plus
