Job Summary:

The Cybersecurity Specialist will be responsible for protecting Forever Tourism LLC’s IT systems, networks, and data from security breaches, malware, and other cyber threats. This role involves monitoring systems, identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security solutions, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regional data protection standards (UAE, India).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to potential security breaches.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Manage firewalls, antivirus systems, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, breaches, or alerts.
• Maintain and update incident response plans and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure security compliance with data protection laws (such as UAE PDPL, GDPR if applicable).
• Implement access controls, user authentication, and encryption technologies.
• Train staff on best practices for data security and phishing prevention.
• Liaise with IT, HR, and Operations to safeguard company assets and digital infrastructure.
• Conduct risk assessments for software, systems, and third-party integrations.
• Prepare security reports and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum

  3–5 years of experience

  in cybersecurity, network security, or IT systems management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
• Proficiency in firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Metasploit).
• Knowledge of cloud security (especially Zoho, Google Workspace, and AWS environments).
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Certifications preferred:

  CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CISM.
