Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Sailpoint IdentityIQ Sailpoint FAM Sailpoint FAS and Sailpoint IdentityNow. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data. Responsibilities Implement and manage Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions to ensure secure access management. Oversee the deployment and configuration of Sailpoint FAM to enhance our security posture. Provide expertise in Sailpoint FAS to streamline and secure our identity governance processes. Utilize Sailpoint IdentityNow to manage and monitor user access across various systems. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks. Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure compliance with security standards. Lead incident response efforts to quickly address and resolve security breaches. Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in cyber security and identity management. Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to keep our systems secure. Create detailed reports and documentation on security incidents and mitigation efforts. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions. Contribute to the development of a robust security strategy that aligns with company goals. Qualifications Must have extensive experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ for secure access management. Should have hands-on experience with Sailpoint FAM for enhancing security measures. Must be proficient in Sailpoint FAS for effective identity governance. Should have practical knowledge of Sailpoint IdentityNow for user access management. Must possess strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate security risks. Should have excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments. Must be able to lead incident response efforts effectively. Should have a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest security trends. Must be able to develop and enforce comprehensive security policies. Should have experience in conducting security assessments and audits. Must be capable of creating detailed reports and documentation. Should have the ability to train and mentor junior staff. Must be able to contribute to the development of a robust security strategy.
