Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity & DevOps Engineer to join our growing tech team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about building secure infrastructures while streamlining software delivery pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Cybersecurity Responsibilities: Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems and data. Monitor network traffic and systems for security breaches or suspicious activity. Support risk assessment, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing processes. Participate in incident response and help document findings and remediations. Ensure compliance with security standards and assist in audits (ISO, SOC2, etc.). DevOps Responsibilities: Contribute to the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines. Support the automation of infrastructure deployment using tools like Terraform or Ansible. Manage cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) under guidance. Monitor system performance and assist in resolving technical issues. Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure secure, efficient deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships and project work count!). Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and DevOps methodologies. Familiarity with Linux/Unix, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Git, and scripting languages (Bash/Python). Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals). Exposure to tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, or similar technologies. Previous internship or college project related to security or DevOps.
