Job Description

As a CX Business Analyst at Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), you will be an integral part of the Customer Care and Managed Services team, supporting reporting and analytics requirements across the business. Your role will involve process analysis, improvement initiatives, and working closely with team leadership to review reporting requirements and provide high-level analysis of results. You must possess strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop Sigma dashboards and reports - Gather and refine internal customer reporting requirements, and create processes and solutions that align with operational team needs - Analyze reporting deliverables - Translate business reporting requirements into technical specifications and lead the implementation of new reporting tools and metrics for Customer Care and Managed Services Operations - Maintain Sigma reporting by collaborating with internal customers to identify valuable updates or modifications - Recommend innovative reporting solutions and visualizations based on internal or external business requirements/issues - Analyze data reporting gaps, identify trends or deviations from standards, and develop action plans for improvement in collaboration with stakeholders - Contribute to solutions that enhance internal efficiencies and customer experience - Produce and update process documentation including process maps, SOPs, training materials, and reports - Utilize Lean/Six Sigma and other management tools and practices **Qualifications:** - Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension) - Ability to identify learning opportunities and self-educate - Attention to detail - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of Salesforce (beneficial) - Experience with Sigma reporting tools and visualizations - 2+ years of experience as a Technology Analyst, Consultant, or Business Analyst focused on reporting - Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience **About GHX:** GHX is a healthcare business and data automation company that enables better patient care and significant savings for the healthcare community.
