Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer.io Migration Specialist to support a one-time migration project. This role is purely focused on planning and executing the migration from an existing marketing automation platform to Customer.io. Once the migration is completed and validated, the engagement will conclude.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end migration to Customer.io from the existing platform
- Migrate customer data, events, attributes, and user profiles
- Rebuild and validate journeys, campaigns, and triggers in Customer.io
- Ensure data accuracy, event tracking, and deliverability post-migration
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for requirements and validation
- Provide basic documentation and handover after migration completion
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Customer.io
- Proven experience in marketing automation platform migrations
- Solid understanding of events, APIs, webhooks, and data schemas
- Experience migrating emails, workflows, and user journeys
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
