Job Description

Experience - 3to 5 Years 3-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment. Experience using Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, or similar customer support platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers. Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies and technical systems, with a focus on technical customer support. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering teams.
