Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Voice (International) Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years Joining: Immediate Level: 1 Salary: ₹2,72,292 – ₹3,50,000 LPA About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Support Associate for our international voice process. You will provide professional support to customers, ensure first-contact resolution, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Handle international customer queries via voice. Resolve issues effectively and maintain proper documentation. Understand employee/customer requests quickly and provide solutions. Work in rotational day/night shifts from the office. Suggest process improvements and flag recurring issues.
