Good with basic math and multitasking. Willing to work in rotational shifts , including night shifts . Tech-savvy and capable of using CRM tools. 4. Background: Candidates from BPO/KPO/customer service roles. Open to fresher graduates with internship/part-time BPO experience if they show aptitude. Mumbai-based, preferably within commutable distance to Saki Naka .
