Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at Squareyards Consulting Private Limited, located in Noida. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving support tickets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a smooth customer journey. The specialist will also identify and solve technical issues and provide analytical insights to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and dedication to achieving high customer satisfaction
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients
• Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving technical inquiries
• Analytical Skills to identify trends, resolve pain points, and suggest process improvements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and address client concerns efficiently
• Prior experience in the real estate or consulting industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred
