Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer queries, diagnosing technical issues, providing prompt solutions, and following up to ensure issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
