We are hiring experienced International Voice Support Executives for the Travel / Airline process at our Mohali location. If you have strong communication skills and a background in voice-based customer service, this role is an excellent opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls for travel customers.
• Assist with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide accurate and clear information to customers.
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and call quality standards.
• Maintain customer data confidentiality and professionalism on every call.
• Collaborate with team leads to meet performance and productivity metrics.

Requirements – International Voice Process

• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process (Airline / OTA – Flight Support).
• Experience handling customers from EU / North America / LATAM regions.
• Excellent communication skills with Versant Score: C1.
• Graduate preferred.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Work Schedule

• 5 days working
• Rotational shifts & week-offs
• Night shift cab provided

Salary

• ₹3.2 – ₹4.2 LPA (Based on experience & assessment scores)
