Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through international voice calls for travel/airline/OTA customers.
  • Assist callers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Provide clear and accurate information while maintaining call quality standards.
  • Follow process guidelines, compliance rules, and ensure customer data security.
  • Coordinate with team leads/SMEs to meet performance and call-handling targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile – International Voice Process

  • Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process (Airline / OTA – Flight Support).
  • Experience supporting customers from EU / North America / LATAM regions.
  • Excellent communication skills with Versant C1.
  • Graduate preferred.
  • Strong customer-handling skills.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts & week-offs.
