What You’ll Do

  • Provide quick, clear, and empathetic support to customers across multiple channels (email, chat, and phone).
  • Educate customers on new features, product updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with QA and Development teams to identify, document, and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct testing, report bugs, and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
  • Create professional

    screencasts and video tutorials

    to help customers learn and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to enhance communication and streamline solutions.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure every interaction results in a positive experience.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve support processes and enhance the overall customer journey.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and basic troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with domains, SSL certificates, subdomains, and DNS (CNAMEs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (American voice preferred, no strong accent).
  • Experience creating

    screencasts or video guides

    for customers is a big add-on.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or CSS (a plus).
  • Experience with browser debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) is an advantage.
  • High energy, engaging, and enthusiastic

    personality who looks great and presents confidently on camera.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts

    if required.
