Job Description: Purndhenu Panchgavya Ayurveda is seeking a dedicated Customer Support & Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries and sales calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for Ayurveda. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Provide detailed information about our Panchgavya Ayurvedic products. Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs. Process orders, track inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain customer records and contribute to service improvements. Work towards achieving sales targets and supporting business growth. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any field. Preferred Background: Candidates with Ayurvedic qualifications such as: - Diploma or Certification in Ayurveda/Panchgavya Therapy - BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) (if applicable) - Any Ayurveda or herbal healthcare-related course Communication Skills: Ability to explain Ayurvedic products clearly and effectively. Language: Proficiency in Hindi is required; English is not mandatory but will be an advantage. Other Skills: Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, email, data entry). Job Structure: First Week: Commission-based earnings. Post-Evaluation: Based on performance, a fixed salary or continued commission-based structure will be decided. Why Join Us?
