We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive (Intern) to join our support team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers effectively use our accounting software.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels (calls, chat, email, etc.)2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers regarding product features and usage3. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-sale inquiries or issues4. Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer problems5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems6. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
