Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Executive
Location: Jaipur
Employment Type: Full-Time
5 days of working
rotational offs
9 hours of working including 1 hour break
Rotational Shift (Majorly night shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls/chat/email.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Drive sales through consultative conversations and upselling/cross-selling where applicable.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience (International BPO preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation
1+ year to 2 years = 40k CTC to 44k CTC
2+ years = 44k CTC to 46k CTC
