Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a high-energy, sharp, and driven professional to join our team in a Customer Success / ERP Implementation role. This is not a traditional support position. The role requires strong ownership, excellent follow-up discipline, and the ability to proactively drive tasks to closure while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordination point between clients, internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations), and Management
• Drive ERP / software onboarding and implementation activities end-to-end
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups on all action items, dependencies, and open points (non-negotiable)
• Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables effectively
• Conduct regular status updates, prepare project reports, and share progress with stakeholders
• Understand ERP workflows, modules, and business processes to support smooth implementation
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays and proactively push for resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and implementation records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
