Job Overview:

The Customer Support Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt, helpful, and professional assistance always. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for creating positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Convert customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments using provided scripts and tools.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on open cases to ensure successful resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and address complex issues.
  • Support administrative tasks such as reporting, appointment confirmations, and data entry.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude with a calm and professional approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
