We are hiring Customer Support Executives for International Voice Process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer calls professionally.
Troubleshoot issues related to Cable TV, Internet, Wireless, Smart Home & Security services.
Provide timely resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Salary & Benefits:
💰 ₹24,000 in-hand (Freshers)
💰 ₹28,000 in-hand (Experienced)
➕ ₹2,000 PLI post-training
🚖 Both-side cab facility (within hiring zone)
Eligibility:
✅ Graduate/Undergraduate
✅ Freshers and experienced candidates welcome (min. 6 months for experienced)
✅ Excellent English communication required
