About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive who is comfortable working on computers, loves helping customers, and can communicate clearly in English. No technical background is required—we will train you.
Your main responsibility will be to support new customers after they purchase our online software. You will help them get started, understand the software, and guide them through basic setup tasks.
