Customer Support Representative

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, assisting with data analysis, and providing business support in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills while working with experienced professionals in the BPO/KPO sector. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat (BPO role). - Assist in data processing, report generation, and analysis (KPO role). - Resolve client queries efficiently and professionally. - Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals. - Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service. - Maintain accurate records and update systems as necessary. - Continuously improve knowledge of processes and customer service standards. Requirements: - A recent graduate (Bachelors degree in any field). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
