Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive at our company, your role will involve handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, concerns, and issues efficiently. Educating customers on product features, benefits, and usage will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will process customer requests such as order cancellations, returns, and exchanges. Updating customer information in our CRM system and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats promptly. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. - Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage. - Handle customer requests such as order cancellations, returns, and exchanges. - Update customer information in the CRM system. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer experience. - Achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction and first-call resolution. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. - 1-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment. - Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. - Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills a plus.
