As a Customer Service Executive at our company, your role will involve handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. - 1-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment. - Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. - Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills a plus.
