Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 to 6 years of experience as a customer support manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Fluency in Tamil and Hindi is required; knowledge of other regional languages will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage conflict situations tactfully.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Prior experience in managing a customer service or support team preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,434.70 - ₹70,586.90 per month
