Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic customer support to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling client inquiries, and setting appointments for our sales team. Candidates with a basic understanding of IT services will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database Explain IT services such as website development, app development, and technical support to potential customers Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales/business development team Follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate records in CRM tools Handle customer queries professionally and redirect technical questions to the relevant department Assist in campaign-based calling and promotional outreach Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
