The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to ourcustomers via email and chat channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solvingabilities, and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email calls in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, order status,account issues, and technical support. Troubleshoot customer problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed toensure resolution. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the customersupport experience. Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfactionmetrics. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product updates to ensure accurate and consistentsupport delivery. Need to call the customer when its required and resolve the case.Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. Empathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with customers.
