Location: Noida sector 81

Requirements

• Excellent English communication
• Minimum 6 months international inbound chat/voice BPO experience (on paper)
• For Billing Desk: 6 months international chat experience is mandatory
• For Senior Associate (U2): 24+ months relevant BPO experience
• Age below 40
• Education: UG Dropout / Any Graduate
• Should not be pursuing any course currently
• Basic computer & internet knowledge
• Comfortable with 24×7 rotational shifts

Job Type

• B2C, Full-time
• 5 days working (split offs)
• 2-way cab facility

Salary

• 6–2 yrs exp: 3.70 LPA to 4.33 LPA
• PLI approx ₹3,000 post training

Role Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international voice/chat
• Manage billing queries, customer support
• Upselling (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
