Job Title: Customer Support Intern Company: Big Basket Location: A-74, FIEE Complex, Okhla Phase 2, Delhi – 110020 (Near C Lal Chowk, Nearest Metro: Govindpuri) Job Type: Internship (Full-Time, On-Site) Vacancies: 1 Position Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Roles & Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat. Provide timely and accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
