House of Beauty India is seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional service across all channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, patient, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media

Resolve product/service issues promptly and professionally

Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

4+ years of customer support experience

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM tools preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
