As a Customer Support Executive in International Voice Process, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through voice, chat, and email channels. Your primary location for this role will be in Gurgaon. To be eligible for this position, you should either be an Undergraduate with at least 6 months of experience or a Graduate, whether fresher or experienced. The age criteria for applicants is between 18 to 35 years. Strong English communication skills are a must for effective interaction with customers. You should be comfortable working in night shifts as the operations run 24/7. The salary range for this position is between 22,000 to 34,000 per month. Immediate joining within 23 days is required. Your work shifts will be based on different processes: - US Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM - Australia Shift: 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM - UK Shift: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM The assigned shifts are mostly fixed for 10-15 days. This is a full-time permanent position that offers various benefits including health insurance, provident fund, performance bonus, and quarterly bonus.
